Personal data will only be used to the extent necessary or if we are obliged to do so by law or court order.

Storage of personal data

We store your personal data after the end of the purpose for which the data was collected, only as long as this is required by law (in particular tax law).

Sessions and cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
We ensure that no personal data are taken over from sessions or through cookies and that cookies are only used if this is necessary for the website. Therefore, the consideration shows that there are no overriding interests on your part (Art. 6 I f DSGVO).

Integration of third-party Services and Content

It may happen that third party content, such as maps from Google Maps or graphics from other websites, is integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. This is because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about this.

Hosting

The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating this online offering.
We or our hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta- and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors of this online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO in conjunction with. Art. 28 DSGVO (conclusion of order processing contract).

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

  • browser type/ version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time of the server request
  • name of the retrieved file
  • the amount of data transferred

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

Log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

Contact / Contact form

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail or telephone) your details will be processed for processing the contact enquiry and its handling in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Your data can, for example, be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system"). We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Your requests will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary. We review this need every two years. Furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations shall apply.

Comments and contributions

If users leave comments or other contributions, their IP addresses will be used on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f). DSGVO for 7 days. This takes place for our safety, if someone leaves illegal contents in comments and contributions (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.). In this case we can be prosecuted ourselves for the comment or contribution and are therefore interested in the identity of the author.
